Student Support Lead – Jr./Sr. High Academy

Hand in Hand Christian Montessori – Roseville Campus, has a full or part-time (24-32 hours/week) opening supporting junior and senior high students in our CREO Academy for the 25-26 school year.

This person will creatively and collaboratively partner with students, teachers and parents/guardians to implement individualized strategies for academic, social and emotional success.

Applicants should understand the needs of junior and senior high students with regards to behavioral adaptations, sensory breaks, homework or classroom modifications and have at least one year experience in this area in a classroom setting. Applicants should be self-motivated, responsible and reliable as well as familiar with the needs of a Montessori Classroom.

Hours expected to be on campus are 8:00 – 4:00pm Tuesday – Thursday (option to add Mondays), with weekly after school staff meetings on Wednesdays. Compensation is commensurate with experience and education. Salary based upon $20-$23/hour. HIHCM offers generous tuition discounts for employees who have children enrolled at HIHCM.
