Laura Praske
Director of Human Resources
Laura Praske has been involved in the Hand In Hand Christian Montessori Community for over 17 years. Her first experience with HIHCM was bringing her two children to Family Preschool. After volunteering in various roles, she came on staff in the fall of 2020 as a substitute teacher, became the Human Resources Assistant and since June of 2021 has been the Human Resources Director. Laura has a BA in Management from Luther College, a MA in Theological Studies from Bethel Seminary and is a Certified Life Coach. Laura is also an Adjunct Professor at Bethany Global University. In addition to having a love for Jesus and teaching Bible, Laura loves children and education; and is excited to help HIHCM employees find and live fully into their calling!
