Assistant Elementary Teacher – Long-Term Sub

Hand In Hand Christian Montessori – Central Campus, Roseville, has a full-time (40 hours/week) long term substitute assistant teacher opening in our Elementary 5-day Academy classroom from December 2025 through June 6, 2026 of the 2025-2026 school year.

We are filling two consecutive maternity leaves, one in E2 and one in E1.

Applicants should be self-motivated, responsible, and reliable as well as familiar with the needs of a Montessori Environment. Applicants should have at least one year’s experience working with children. Hours expected to be on campus are between 8:00am – 4:00pm Monday – Friday.

Salary based on an hourly rate range between $17-$19/hour. Compensation is commensurate with experience and education, with opportunities for continued education in Montessori classroom leading. HIHCM offers generous tuition discounts for employees who have children enrolled at HIHCM.
