Hand In Hand Christian Montessori – Roseville Campus, has a full-time (40 hours/week) lead teacher opening in our Elementary 5-day Academy classroom for the 2026-2027 school year.
HIHCM is a joy-filled school where we love children, learning and Jesus. We are looking for applicants who can individualize education, be innovative in their approach, and who are excited to bring faith into the learning environment.
Core Responsibilities
  • Planning. preparing and presenting individual and group Montessori lessons in the areas of Faith, Practical Life, Mathematics, Language Arts,
  • Culture/Geography, and Science that spark individual children’s interests
  • Creating and maintaining a safe, nurturing, self-directed environment for students
  • Facilitating a harmonious and collaborative work environment with co-workers and children
  • Engaging in proactive communication with colleagues and parents
  • Writing and delivering conferences and information for parents
  • Displaying leadership, flexibility, and patience

Elementary Teacher’s license/degree is required. Montessori certification is preferred. HIHCM provides opportunities for continued education in Montessori training. Applicants should also be self-motivated, responsible, reliable, and familiar with the needs of a Montessori classroom. Hours expected to be on campus are between 8:00am – 4:00pm Monday – Friday.

Base salary starts at $40,000/year and could be higher depending on experience and education. HIHCM offers generous tuition discounts for employees who have children enrolled at HIHCM.
