Before and After School Care Lead

Hand in Hand Christian Montessori – Roseville Campus, has a part-time (11-12 hours/week) opening for a After School Care Lead with preschool and kindergarteners (affectionately called Wee Care).

Applicants should have at least one year of experience in childcare and camp type activity leading and a minimum of 12 credits in early childhood education or related field. The Lead will direct the after-school care team, communicate with parents, and care for children. Additional skills needed are the ability to engage and run large group times with 20 students and oversee a large group of children during open play times to ensure safety and good social/emotional skills.

Applicants should be self-motivated, responsible, creative, and reliable, as well as familiar with the needs of children. Hours expected to be on campus are 3:00 – 5:15pm Monday – Friday during the school year. Compensation starts at $21/hour.
