Infant Aide or Assistant Teacher for licensed Childcare 

Hand in Hand Christian Montessori – Wayzata Campus, Wayzata, has a part-time opening in our licensed childcare center.

Do you love babies? Do you have a calm demeanor? Do you want to work in a Christian environment? Join our amazing team providing Montessori education to infants. You’ll teach them how to feed themselves, put themselves to sleep, sit up, crawl, walk and more! Come be a part of this exciting time in a child’s life.

Applicants should be self-motivated, responsible and reliable as well as familiar with the needs of infants and toddlers.

Hours vary between 3:30pm-5:00pm M-F depending on the scheduling needs and are determined during the interview process. Opportunities to pick up additional shifts if desired.

Compensation is $16-18/hour depending on education and experience, with options to receive training in Montessori classroom leading. HIHCM offers generous tuition discounts for employees who have children enrolled at HIHCM.
