Reminders:
- must be completed by Friday Nov. 27th
- complete 1 form for each child
- indicate things such as:
- class they are in
- if they would like cold milk
- if they have a medical need for Gluten Free

Early Pick-Ups
If you need to come to HIH to pick-up your child(ren) early, pleasse follow these steps:
- must be to HIH before 3:00pm
- park and enter door #3 Office/CREO door
- please do NOT park in the Children's House drive through lane but rather an actual parking spot
- you do not need to call ahead
- once you have arrrived:
- ring the door bell inside the vestibule
- a staff member will:
- hand you the log-out form
- check you drivers license
- go down to retrieve your child(ren)
